Prior to making a booking, please take the time to carefully read the following information on some of our important policies. Deposits: ALL deposits, sales, services and gift cards are non-refundable! No exceptions. Cancellations, No Shows & Late Policy: At Madison's Brow Bar, our top priority is providing exceptional service to all our valued clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to necessary schedule changes. However, it is crucial to understand that cancellations and "no-shows" create gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill without sufficient notice. To ensure the smooth operation of our business, we kindly request a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide this notice for non-emergency cancellations within the 48-hour period will result in a 50% service fee charge to the card on file. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged a 100% service fee to the card on file. ALL guests are required to have a card on file. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to cancellation/rescheduling, and a 50% service fee will be charged. This policy is in place to ensure that each client receives the necessary time for their service. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, this is based on your artist's availability. Please inform your artist via call or text if you anticipate being late so that we can make every effort to assist you. Previous Work: I am not able to work on every brow set with previous work, and I am not able to 100% guarantee the same results as someone without previous work. As a result, if you have previous work from another brow artist, please be sure to email pictures of your bare brows to madisonsbrowbar@gmail.com (mailto:madisonsbrowbar@gmail.com) before booking a service. If you do not adhere to these rules, your deposit m ay be at risk of being forfeited. Cancellation Policy
Prior to making a booking, please take the time to carefully read the following information on some of our important policies.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Deposits:
ALL deposits and services are non-refundable.
Incorrectly booked services must be rectified within 24 hours. Failure to correct will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit to cover administrative costs and lost appointment slots.
Cancellations, No Shows & Late Policy:

Rescheduling: if you need to reschedule your appointment please do so within 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you get rescheduled, deposits can be carried over once allowing 1 reschedule, after that a new deposit will be required. When utilizing your one-time reschedule, the new appointment must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late to your scheduled appointment, you may be subject to cancellation/rescheduling- a 50% service fee will be charged, and that deposit would be forfeited and unable to be carried over. This policy is in place to ensure that each client receives the necessary time for their service. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, this is based on your artist's availability. Extra guests and children:
We cannot accommodate extra guests, friends, or children in the service area. If you arrive with additional people, they will be asked to wait outside. If you are unable to proceed with your appointment alone and need to reschedule, a 50% late cancellation fee will apply.
Previous Work:
I am not able to work on every brow set with previous work, and I am not able to 100% guarantee the same results as someone without previous work. As a result,
